Kits
Our kits are are put together using high quality lumber, they do not come with instructions, but are designed to work with the literature we sell. We recommend Guitarmaking: Tradition to Technology by William Campiano and A Guitar Maker's Manual by Jim Williams. These books compliment our kits best and will help newer builders with clear instructions and good pictures. With patience, a good quality instrument can be produced.
To help you select a kit best for you we have developed a Skill Level Code system to rate our kits.
Skill Level 1: Very easy. 4-6 hours of work.
Skill Level 2: Moderate skill level. Not very hard to complete
Skill Level 3: These kits are ideal for the confident, intermediate builder.
Skill Level 4: These skills contain a few tasks that will require skill and attention to overcome those tough moments.
Skill Level 5: Challenging builds involving intricate work. Requires perseverance.

David and Co.,
I thought you might like to see what the complted guitar kit looks
like. You provided some lovely woods and I am really excited about
how well the guitar turned out. It is beautiful and it sounds
wonderful too. Thank you again for selecting such exceptional wood
for the guitar kit. Also the templates and waist markings were very
useful.
Thank you again for a wonderful kit. I made it for my wife and she
thanks you too.
